I have long held a fixation with the world of locks and keys, right from getting the first key to our house as a young boy, up to and including now, as a trained and practicing locksmith. I have throughout my life been a keen DIY'er and have renovated several houses of my own and assisted with several others for friends, family and landlords.
The role of dealing with the locking systems was always down to me, a task I relished. Having worked in the NHS for over thirty years, I got the opportunity to actually take a training course in locksmithing. The opportunity to gain a greater skill set and knowledge of the trade was irresistible, since then I haven't looked back. My other lifelong passion is Martial Arts, and in this field I have trained with Martial Artist from around the world, attaining several degrees along the way.
