Does your venue tick all the boxes?
It is important that we ensure all of our satellite centres meet the requirements, ensuring that all of our courses offer the best learning environment and experience possible. In order to achieve this, we have an application and verification process in place to ensure the standards are met. We welcome applications from a wide range of providers.
If you are already an education establishment such as a; school, college or university applications are also welcome and we can add our courses into your current programmes to support suitable courses.
To become a centre, you will need to undergo our 4-step application process, which includes an evaluation by our Business Development and Quality Assurance departments. Our dedicated teams will assist you to make your journey through the process as smooth as possible.
Once you have completed the process, you will be able to offer our international qualifications and benefit from our services aimed at developing your business.
Step 1: Preparation and pre-approval
The initial contact with Train Locksmiths will be to check if you meet our conditions for becoming a Satellite Education Centre. Please get in touch with our in your region to discuss the criteria with our senior operation and quality control.

Once we have established that you meet our conditions and have explained what kind of support documents we need from you, we will invite you to apply to become a Satellite Education Centre, and will send you the application for Centre Approval form.
Step 2: Submission of Application
The next step is the submission of your application; please follow these steps:
Step 3: Package Choice & Quality Assurance Visit
After receiving your email, our Quality Assurance (QA) team will check your submitted documents and send you an acknowledgement receipt by email. They will then arrange for a visit.
This visit involves a quality assurer checking your premises and procedures, to make sure you are able to become a Satellite Education Centre and offer our qualifications.
During their visit, the quality assurer will discuss their findings and recommendations with you.
Bronze Package– This package with associate your organisation as a Satellite Education Centre and allows you to market and enrol learners in accordance with our advertising and sales conditions. Train locksmiths will manage the following: Student enrolment, Qualification registration, IQA management with external access to assess your learners’ work via the student portal to access and track.
Silver Package – This package with associate your organisation as a Satellite Education Centre and allows you to market and enrol learners in accordance with our advertising and sales conditions. Train locksmiths will manage the following: Student enrolment, Qualification registration, IQA management, Assessing your learners’ distance learning work, Learner support management and your students will be entitled to attend the annual graduation ceremony.
Step 4: Confirmation of Approval
Once our Quality Assurance team has established that you meet all of our conditions for approval, we will notify you by email. We will send you a certificate of approval, together with additional documentation and materials.
